Our stay in Hotel Orange Classic was good and had a great experience. The price was good and affordable as we booked this Hotel post checking the reviews in the MakeMyTrip app. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very cooperative and answered all our queries politely. We had extended our stay and the price offered by them for extension was good. They do provide the Rental Bike and Taxi Rental at a decent price. The Iyengar’s Samayal Restaurant opposite this Hotel was good and we had a good breakfast. The Hotel is 50 meters from the main road uphill. So be mindful about carrying your luggage and if you ask for help from staff, they will assist you. The hot water was available all the time and it was very convenient for us to get ready in the morning on time. The Hotel location is 3 Kms away from Ram Jhula. There is a taxi stand near to this Hotel and they have shared taxi service to Neelkanth Mahadev Temple. Also, you can take a share taxi till stand near Ram Jhula and cross the bridge to board the share auto to Haridwar that would be at an affordable price. My overall stay in this Hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Rishikesh.

Rooms and cleanliness was just OK. But stayed on as it was the cheapest I could find. (of cos hostels were much cheaper) Place is also super near Laxman Jhula and u could actually see it if u are at the roof top. I like the fact there there's no lack of restaurants in the vicinity. As per other review, there were holes in the mattress covers, but it's nothing too serious. Their pillow were yellowish too but I guess it's also OK as long as there's a cover over it :/

Thank God I just stayed one night. It is overpriced for the room I got (700 rupees). One window that led to a wall and it was extremely dirty even if they asked me to arrive later to “clean” it. I had to ask for a clean set of sheets because the ones that were in the bed were full of dust and with holes of cigarette burns. The rug to dry your feet outside of the bathroom was so dirty that feet would get dirty after taking a shower. It is noisy. Staff yell at each other outside even in the morning. The only comfortable thing was the mattress. I don’t recommend it.

Nice hosts. But the room (I chose the nicer one too), was SO noisy from outside ambiance. Very exposed with lots of windows not on a good view, but on other houses who can see you. Bedsheets were riddled with burnholes I assume from cigarettes. And not all that clean. I guess just the bed lack of cleanliness was what put me off. They need new sheets and blankets

When we got there the kind of room we were looking for wasn't available so they upgraded us for a better room for a reasonable price. Decent service. The A/c didn't work, we were told that there is an additional charge for that. Excellent connection to nearby restaurant that provides room service... Delicious food for a very reasonable price. There is also a water purifier in the hotel that always has really cold water which was great. Worth the price.
